Service Overview

These Subscription Terms apply to paid subscription services provided by Plexia. Plexia provides AI comic creation and interactive image generation features, and offers time-limited paid subscription membership benefits to improve the creative experience.

Subscription services are sold through the Apple App Store (or other official store channels we enable).
By purchasing and activating any Plexia subscription, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
Plan titles, prices, and durations shown in the store listing and in-app purchase sheet control the offer you buy.

Subscription Core Benefits

The core benefit of purchasing Plexia subscription services may include obtaining exclusive bonus coins upon successful subscription activation, plus plan-related membership benefits described in the app at the time of purchase.

Subscription coins are official virtual props of Plexia.
Coins may be used to offset coin consumption required for AI image generation and comic creation functions, if applicable.
Compared with single coin packs, subscription offers may provide better overall value depending on the selected plan.

Official Coin Consumption Rules

Users clearly acknowledge and agree that the Plexia subscription service is a preferential benefit package. It does not automatically mean unlimited free creation in every product configuration.

During a valid subscription, certain features may still consume in-app coins depending on product settings.
Subscription grants the benefits disclosed for that plan (for example bonus coins and/or unlocked templates).
If a feature is marked free or unlocked for subscribers in the app UI, that UI disclosure controls use of that feature.

Coin Usage Specifications

All subscription-acquired coins are only applicable to official creative functions inside the Plexia app.

Virtual coins have no cash value and cannot be cashed out, transferred, or gifted outside the app.
Subscription coins may be combined with ordinary purchased coins.
Unused coins generally remain available after a subscription period ends, subject to app rules and account/device continuity.

Subscription Validity and Auto-Renewal

Each Plexia subscription package has a fixed term (for example weekly, monthly, six-month, or yearly), as shown at purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase.
Bonus benefits associated with a plan are issued according to the in-app fulfillment rules after successful payment.

Service Limitations

Subscription services provide digital benefits for Plexia’s built-in creative functions and do not include physical goods or offline services.

We may optimize feature experience and consumption standards as the product iterates.
Adjustments will not arbitrarily remove coins already successfully credited to your local wallet, except where required by law, fraud prevention, or platform rules.

Purchase Instructions and Refunds

Please carefully review package content, benefit rules, and prices before purchasing. Digital subscription purchases are processed by Apple.

After payment is completed and benefits are issued, requests are handled under Apple’s refund policies where applicable.
Confirm your actual usage needs before purchase to avoid unnecessary disputes.
Restore Purchases may be used to refresh an active subscription entitlement on a device signed into the same Apple ID.
